7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Safe Pulse may use trusted providers of cloud hosting, database infrastructure, payment processing, authentication, push notifications, communications, mapping and location services, analytics and diagnostics, security services, software infrastructure and technical support. Providers receive only information reasonably necessary for their services, subject to applicable law and safeguards.
8. DATA SECURITY
Safe Pulse takes reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, destruction and unauthorised processing. Measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption or encrypted transmission, secure hosting, monitoring and logging. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. 11. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER POPIA
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation of whether Safe Pulse holds your personal information, access, correction, deletion where legally applicable, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint concerning processing. Requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful limitations.
12. CHILDREN AND MINORS
Where a user is a minor, use of the Services must comply with applicable laws and consent or authorisation requirements. We do not knowingly collect children’s information for unrelated advertising. Parents or lawful guardians may contact us to request appropriate action.

14. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Safe Pulse may send service-related communications necessary to operate accounts and provide Services. Where consent is required for direct marketing, Safe Pulse will obtain and manage it in accordance with applicable law. Users may opt out of non-essential marketing communications where an opt-out is provided.

19. NO GUARANTEE OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Safe Pulse does not guarantee that a responder will always be available, accept every request, arrive within a particular period, be closest to the user, or that Services, GPS, networks, communications or infrastructure will operate without interruption. Emergency response can be affected by outages, devices, inaccurate location data, traffic, weather, geography, responder availability and the incident. Where an immediate threat exists, users should also contact appropriate emergency services directly.
